Job Description:
Work Mode: Hybrid with 3 days a week.
Contract duration: 10 months.
Location: Office location is Hemel Hempstead.
Position Summary: The Data Analytics Lead/Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced data analytics solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge, ensuring that data analytics strategies align with business goals. The individual will work with tools such as SAP SAC, Alteryx, XU, System Scheduler, and Snowflake.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and analytics solutions using SAP SAC, Alteryx, XU, System Scheduler, and Snowflake.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, stories, reports, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
• Good understanding of Macro and micro architecture, solutions and tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows within SAC.
• Utilize scripting and APIs to extend the functionality of SAC.
Functional Expertise:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure the successful deployment of analytics solutions.
• Provide functional support and training to business users on analytics tools and best practices.
• Ability to challenge stakeholder requirements to ensure real value is being requested/delivered.
• Ability to identify and close gaps in solutions, skills and training in self and others.
