Job Description:
In this position, we are looking for a candidate with experience as a Solution Technical Architect with SFI, Omni Studio, and FSC.
Position: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: London, United Kingdom
Rate: 500-530 Per/day (Inside IR35)
Work Arrangement: 5 days in office
Primary Skills:
10 years of experience, Omni Studio, FSC (Financial Services Cloud), and Salesforce Industries (SFI) Insurance.
Responsibilities:
- The Technical Architect will support our largest and most strategic Solution Delivery opportunities, lending expertise to the delivery of world-class Salesforce implementations.
- Design transformational solutions and work directly with customers to meet their business needs.
- Provide thought leadership and consultation throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Help build roadmaps by running Business Process Reviews.
- Participate in Plan, Architect, and Design activities and guide the implementation of Salesforce.
- Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
- Develop strong client relationships by building trust and rapport with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Remain current with industry and technology drivers and innovations, including the Salesforce product set.
- Manage discussions with various levels of customer business stakeholders.
- Identify and help build service offerings to support rapid time to value for Salesforce implementations.
- Support deep-dive pre-sales activity to position successful delivery of customer solutions.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
- Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role.
- Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and provide guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks.
- Work with internal and customer stakeholders to create prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to define business requirements.
- Create and own user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 5 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including any two of the following: Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds.
- Experience in leading workshops to define and prioritize client requirements and capabilities.
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing to guide stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Strong background in leading large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
