We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the strategic direction, execution, and optimisation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Salesforce products, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. As a key player in our consulting team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding the vision for Salesforce solutions.

Skills & Experience:

  1. Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  2. Centre of Excellence Development: Proven track record in building and leading a Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) in a financial services environment.
  3. Product Management: Experience in managing Salesforce product roadmaps, features, and enhancements while aligning with business goals and objectives.
  4. Project Delivery: Ability to manage and deliver Salesforce implementations, integrations, and optimizations across cross-functional teams.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate progress effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  6. Process Design & Improvement: Deep understanding of business processes in financial services, with the ability to optimize Salesforce solutions to support them.
  7. Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive continuous improvement and development cycles.
  8. Change Management: Knowledge and experience of change management strategies, including user adoption, training, and post-implementation support.
  9. Data & Analytics: Familiarity with Salesforce data models, reporting, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
  10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless Salesforce integration and usability.
  11. Vendor & Partner Management: Experience managing relationships with Salesforce vendors and third-party solution providers.
  12. Financial Services Industry Experience: Prior experience in a financial services or payments environment, understanding regulatory compliance and financial product nuances.
  13. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and integrations with third-party platforms.
  14. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities to drive Salesforce initiatives and ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.
