Salesforce DevOps Engineer – FinTech / Banking – Salesforce, AWS, CI/CD, DevSecOps

Oliver Bernard is currently working with a rapidly growing FinTech / Banking company headquartered across the UK. They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join their Platform team. This role is part of their plans to scale infrastructure and implement DevSecOps best practices on an existing Salesforce platform.

The successful candidate will contribute to the company\’s ongoing growth as they expand into new markets globally. You will work closely with a small, dedicated team of 5-6 Platform Engineers, alongside broader Salesforce and Development teams.

Key requirements for this role include:

• Strong Salesforce background, including experience with Salesforce APIs, CLI Tooling, SFDX, etc.
• Cloud experience with AWS and related services.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and best practices, preferably with GitLab or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Security and DevSecOps practices.
• Scripting experience with Bash or Python is highly advantageous.

This position offers a salary between £85,000 and £95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The role supports a flexible remote/hybrid working model, requiring office presence only 1-2 times per month.
