About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Core Operations Team, playing a key role in driving revenue growth across our Channel Intelligence, Custom Insights, and Expert Connections teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales acumen, a proactive mindset, and a keen understanding of market research services. You will be responsible for managing inbound leads, responding promptly to client quote requests, and following up regularly to convert inquiries into successful research engagements. Responsibilities

  • Manage and Convert Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and research quote requests, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with investment professionals, understanding their research needs and positioning Woozle’s solutions effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Track sales opportunities in CRM (Salesmate), ensuring structured follow-ups and seamless client interactions.
  • Consultative Selling: Educate prospects on Woozle’s investment-grade research offerings and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive new business by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell across our research services.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends in investment research, primary research methodologies, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in a sales or business development role, ideally within market research, financial services, or a related industry.
  • Understanding of Primary Investment Research: Familiarity with primary research methodologies (e.g., surveys, expert interviews, channel checks) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex research solutions in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Highly Organized & Responsive: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple inbound inquiries efficiently and follow up consistently.
  • Proactive & Target-Driven: A results-oriented mindset, eager to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • CRM Experience: Prior use of sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesmate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track client interactions.
