Job Description

Our client is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sales Recruiter to join their global recruiting organization supporting primarily commercial roles across EMEA. The Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators, focusing on candidate talent and placement, process improvement, and strategy development (EMEA-wide). They will foster a collaborative team environment and a service-oriented culture that ensures the delivery of efficient, effective, and quality-driven service to internal customers, meeting customer service level agreements.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline, focusing on sourcing, engagement, and qualification of candidates.
  2. Work in an innovative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  3. Build relationships with business leaders, managers, and HR partners, leveraging extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and business functions.
  4. Generate candidates through sourcing, proactive market research, and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
  5. Assess candidates effectively, understanding their motivation and fit, rather than just selling roles.
  6. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including process improvements and standardization.
  7. Articulate recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
  8. Conduct interviews within the framework of the position specifications, screening and preparing candidate slates efficiently.
  9. Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment practices and leverage internal talent sources.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Sales and/or Commercial Marketing Corporate recruiting, including full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Experience managing multiple searches across different countries.
  • Strong client focus with the ability to build trust and support ambitious growth plans.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, including employer branding and process improvements.
  • Strong consulting skills and team collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical skills to measure and optimize recruitment workflows.
