Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sales Recruiter to join their global recruiting organization supporting primarily commercial roles across EMEA. The Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators, focusing on candidate talent and placement, process improvement, and strategy development (EMEA-wide). They will foster a collaborative team environment and a service-oriented culture that ensures the delivery of efficient, effective, and quality-driven service to internal customers, meeting customer service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline, focusing on sourcing, engagement, and qualification of candidates.
- Work in an innovative, fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Build relationships with business leaders, managers, and HR partners, leveraging extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and business functions.
- Generate candidates through sourcing, proactive market research, and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
- Assess candidates effectively, understanding their motivation and fit, rather than just selling roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including process improvements and standardization.
- Articulate recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Conduct interviews within the framework of the position specifications, screening and preparing candidate slates efficiently.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment practices and leverage internal talent sources.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Sales and/or Commercial Marketing Corporate recruiting, including full lifecycle recruitment.
- Experience managing multiple searches across different countries.
- Strong client focus with the ability to build trust and support ambitious growth plans.
- Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, including employer branding and process improvements.
- Strong consulting skills and team collaboration abilities.
- Analytical skills to measure and optimize recruitment workflows.
