As a sales negotiator, you will help buyers find suitable properties and support vendors throughout the sales process—from marketing and negotiations to progressing the sale and moving day. You will deliver exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders. You will report to our Branch Director. Responsibilities of a sales negotiator include: Managing buyers daily Communicating regularly with vendors about the property market Generating and conducting viewings Negotiating offers Building exceptional relationships with clients and third parties At KFH, sales negotiators benefit from an uncapped commission structure of up to 30%, plus cross-referral incentives.
