Sales Manager – Growing Independent Restaurant Group

London / Brighton

Up to £50,000 plus bonus

Our client seeks a proactive Sales Manager to join their dynamic business. Their restaurants are renowned for being on-trend, offering excellent food, great cocktails, and an all-round exceptional dining experience.

They are looking for a well-presented, established, and successful Sales Manager with a strong background in hospitality. The role involves developing sales and building and maintaining excellent customer and client relationships, with a focus on identifying all potential sales opportunities, both short and long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to the Head of Marketing.
  2. Requiring travel throughout London and Sussex.
  3. Ensure restaurants and event spaces are always maximised – ensuring covers are maximised and PDRs are booked out.
  4. Maximise conversion rates and collaborate closely with restaurant teams.
  5. Generate weekly reports on SevenRooms, ensuring the department meets weekly targets and KPIs.
  6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and events teams, handling both small and large bookings and ensuring all events are communicated to the operations team.
  7. Create and execute local sales outreach in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
  8. Provide training, development, and coaching for the team.
  9. Embrace the proactive aspects of the role, enjoying the business development side of the business and bringing a track record of success stories.
