Job Description:

Position details:

• Salary: Circa £40k basic plus strong OTE (top achievers earning £70k+)
• Location: London-based office

Responsibilities include:

• Qualifying leads through social media and other channels
• Conducting thorough needs analysis
• Providing personal qualification of products
• Ensuring excellent customer experience
• Driving business growth and lead generation
• Becoming an expert in the field
• Engaging in B2C sales, with potential B2B involvement

About you:

• Experience in senior sales and wellness/fitness preferred
• Empathy, tenacity, and passion are essential
• At least 2-3+ years proactive sales experience, ideally in B2C
• Experience with sales KPIs and a background in fitness/wellness or proven sales capability outside the sector with a passion for fitness/wellness
