What you’ll bring to the role:
- Love every customer that walks through the door, sends an email, or calls about buying a car.
- Learn about your customers; small details can make a big difference.
- Support customers in choosing the right new or used car to meet their needs and help us achieve our targets.
- Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers updated via videos and check-ins.
- Hand over the keys and delight in their experience of that ‘new car’ smell.
