About the Role:

We’re looking for a super-organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our small but busy team in Shoreditch. You’ll be the glue that holds projects together — supporting the sales team, keeping everything on track, and making sure our clients get an exceptional experience from start to finish. You’ll prepare quotes, raise sales orders, liaise with suppliers, and keep things running smoothly day to day. If you’re someone who enjoys being at the heart of a project, loves design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing quotes and sales orders
  • Coordinating between clients, suppliers, and the sales team to keep projects running smoothly
  • Managing project timelines and making sure all details are accurate and up to date
  • Organising client and supplier meetings, showroom events, and site visits
  • Supporting with product research and tailored furniture solutions
  • Handling day-to-day admin and keeping all communication clear and professional

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and face-to-face
  • Solid admin and organisational ability (you love a good checklist!)
  • Good with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
  • Confident dealing with suppliers and clients
  • Sociable and team-oriented — happy to get involved in events and meetings
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience in design-led contract furniture or a similar interiors-related sector
  • A genuine passion for interior design, furniture, and beautiful spaces

What You’ll Get:

  • Excellent product and industry training
  • A role that grows with you — with development opportunities as you progress
  • The chance to work closely with hundreds of exciting design brands
  • A supportive and professional team that loves what they do
  • Access to a generous staff discount
