Sales Adviser/Retail Advisor

Salary: £11.63 per hour

Location: Birkenhead

Contracted Hours: Minimum of 5 hours per week. A temporary 5-hour position is also available.

This is a permanent, part-time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

KEY DUTIES:

• Optimise sales and individual customer purchases
• Engage customers by delivering first-class customer service
• Operate till and handle financial transactions
• Replenish stock with our products and brands
• Assist with deliveries and stock handling
• Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures
• Take responsibility for personal development and seek opportunities for improvement
• Responsible for Health and Safety

• A warm, friendly, and engaging personality
• Highly motivated with energy and enthusiasm to succeed
• Ability to work well within a team and use own initiative
• Adaptability to change and high-pressure environments
• Experience in face-to-face customer service (highly desirable)
• Experience in retail with a quality brand (desirable but not essential)
• Knowledge of High Street fashion

The contracted hours stated above are minimum guaranteed hours, but more hours and flexibility are expected, especially during peak periods.

Pay Rates:

£11.63 per hour regardless of age
