About You Due to expansion within the company, we are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work within our established Administration department at our D M Keith Ford dealership. This role will be based across our Leeds and Bradford sites. As a Sales Administrator, you will complete all associated administration duties related to purchasing a vehicle. This includes invoicing paperwork, online taxing and registering of vehicles, and updating internal systems. You will work closely with our Sales Executives and Customer Delight Executives to ensure our guests receive the best possible service during vehicle handover. Working within a team, possibly at different locations, you will be given training and support to learn the systems and processes. To work with colleagues to provide excellent customer service by exceeding their expectations. What do you need to be a successful Sales Administrator? Excellent people skills, enthusiasm, and motivation are essential. Experience in a franchised dealer environment is preferred but not essential. Strong administration skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Pinnacle are desirable, along with outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
