About Us

We are a large, forward-thinking GMS training practice operating over two sites, involved in the training of GPs, medical students, nurses, paramedics, and overseas doctors. We are proud of our dedicated multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. We are affiliated with Plymouth University, and one Partner is an Associate Dean responsible for GP trainees in Torbay.

Position Overview

Chelston Hall is a UK visa sponsoring practice. We are looking for a GP to work within the existing team, undertaking the full range of services such as duty sessions, triage lists, and managing their own list of patients clinically.

Compensation

Sessional rate will be £10,000 – £11,500 depending on responsibilities. Our team includes ANP, clinical pharmacist, ECP for acute visiting, salaried GPs, and 6 GP partners.

What We Offer

We welcome a doctor who wants to be involved with the running of the practice and is interested in quality improvement. We offer all salaried GPs a generous induction, including a mentor for at least six months, protected administration time, and the flexibility to review these arrangements when appropriate. Indemnity is provided by the practice via a group scheme with the MDU.
