The role

A varied and interesting role involving estate management and professional consultancy work on behalf of our clients, suitable for a self-motivated individual seeking career progression.

• Estate management and related professional tasks
• Property management including lease renewals, maintenance, lease negotiations, and compensation claims
• Preparation of management reports
• Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews

About you

• Rural surveying experience, up to approximately 5 years post-MRICS qualification; candidates with more or less experience may be considered. Compensation will reflect experience.
• MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification is a plus but not essential
