RPA Business Analyst-SC Cleared

The RPA Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and assessing automation opportunities, conducting process analysis, and ensuring that automation aligns with business needs and security policies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process discovery workshops and identify RPA opportunities.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis to optimize process automation.
• Develop detailed business cases and documentation for automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and Cyber Essentials Plus.
• Support user adoption and training to facilitate seamless RPA integration.
• Work closely with developers and architects to ensure efficient solution design.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in business process analysis and automation.
• Experience with BPM tools (Visio, Signavio, Lucidchart) and RPA assessment frameworks.
• Strong background in data protection, process modeling, and change management.
• Certifications: IIBA-CBAP / BCS Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis.
• Must hold SC clearance.
