Due to internal development, we have a vacancy for a Stock and Systems Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, creative, and dynamic individual seeking a new challenge.
How will you contribute?
- Reporting to the Assistant General Manager
- Assist in training, developing, and appraising the Stock & Systems Team members
- Work closely with customers to ensure smooth operation by prioritizing workloads
- Maintain high stock accuracy between the Warehouse Management System and clients’ systems
- Resolve stock-related issues and liaise with clients and third-party customers
- Update and maintain stock & system procedures including returns, secondary stock recovery, stock checks, and ad hoc management
- Produce management reports, analyze data, and monitor site KPIs
- Governance of key control measures
- Attend training courses as required
- Ensure handling of finished products complies with legislative, company, and customer requirements
