Opportunity: RFP and Client Service Manager

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale Client Service, UK CORE, you will be part of the AXA IM Core Client Group, leading the process of structuring responses to Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK Wholesale market.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Due Diligence questionnaires and RFPs for the UK retail market.
  2. Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer RFPs, defining timelines, contributors, sources, and highlighting critical items.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders within AXA IM (sales managers, portfolio managers, investment specialists, solutions team) to gather inputs and develop investment solutions for accurate and competitive proposals.
  4. Structure RFP responses with a marketing approach to showcase AXA IM’s advantages.
  5. Follow up on feedback after RFP submissions and implement improvements.
  6. Maintain standard content in the RFP tool.
  7. Support the sales team by addressing client queries efficiently and working to enhance digitalisation efficiencies with the team.

Your Profile

We value diverse skills and experiences. Your qualifications should include:

  • Experience in the financial industry (RFP, client service, sales, marketing, investment management).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent writing skills, capable of transforming technical descriptions into accessible marketing documents emphasizing key selling points.
  • Strong analytical skills and product knowledge to understand and describe investment processes and solutions.
  • Good project management skills.

  • Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, capable of building consensus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, well-organized, curious, rigorous, proactive, and flexible.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
