Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Leading a team of experienced reward equity professionals; Providing expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance; Developing global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, especially for internationally mobile individuals; Offering cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology; Preparing global payroll reports to ensure clients meet reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses for internationally mobile individuals. The Person: Experience in reward equity within a corporate or consulting environment is essential; Additional experience in global mobility, compensation, and taxation is highly desirable; Proven leadership skills as an experienced people manager; Strong time management and prioritisation skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment; Excellent customer and client relationship skills, maintaining the highest standards of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
