Job Title: Retail Supervisor The Royal Opera House continues to lead in opera, ballet, music, and dance, both live on stage and through digital platforms, including live streaming and cinema screenings. Located at our iconic heritage site in Covent Garden, the ROH Shop is open daily from midday to visitors and customers. We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the ROH Shop. Working closely with the Assistant Manager and deputising when necessary, you will collaborate across the retail team (including e-commerce and the physical shop) to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve retail objectives by leading efficient, professional, and accurate sales processes according to department procedures. The ideal candidate will be an experienced team player who can demonstrate: Significant retail experience with a successful sales record Experience in line management Ability to contribute effectively to a proactive sales environment both in-store and for order fulfillment via phone or online Numeracy skills and accuracy in handling payments, reconciliation, order processing, and stock management Effective time management and initiative in a busy customer-facing role Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and incorporate new procedures, systems, and practices into daily operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
