Position Overview:

The Brand Ambassador – Experience is responsible for creating and delivering highly engaging customer journeys, helping cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. You embody Canadian Warmth, demonstrating expertise in every recommendation and conveying warmth in each interaction, bringing the guest journey to life. You develop authentic relationships, demonstrating a passion for the customer. You drive sales by achieving revenue targets, building brand loyalty, and collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience. You model compelling selling behaviors, execute operational standards, and uphold Canada Goose’s values and culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver superior customer service reflecting Canadian Warmth.
• Provide product recommendations based on expert knowledge.
• Demonstrate selling behaviors that increase Conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT).
• Create lasting client relationships and foster loyalty through outreach and events.
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments to engage and inspire clients.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Support a positive store environment through teamwork.
• Participate in educational initiatives and seek feedback for growth.
• Demonstrate company values in all interactions.
• Support operational standards and store maintenance.

Let’s Talk About You:

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in customer-focused environments.
• Proven successful sales record.
• Experience with luxury lifestyle brands in high-traffic locations.
• Ability to stand long periods and work flexible retail hours.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, team-oriented settings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and independent, knowing when to seek guidance.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in another language is a plus.
