Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to become the retail operations manager for a globally recognised retailer, located near Guiseley. Our client offers a diverse range of premium products providing something for everyone. Progression opportunities are strong.

We are looking for a retail operations manager who will be able to communicate and work with differing levels of management and staff. The main responsibilities will include stock promotions, replenishment, security, health & safety, compliance, and people leadership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably from a retail background, working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks. Your experience may have been gained in supermarkets, DIY stores, discount stores, or similar as a store manager or night manager.

There is also plenty of opportunity to progress to the next management level for someone who is ambitious and inspired when it comes to excellent leadership and passion for their role.

The role offers a salary of up to £28,000 for the right candidate, a generous 12% annual bonus, and an excellent benefits package including 33 days holiday, 6% matched pension, life assurance, and fantastic discounts, to name a few. It will be working the day shift, with a 5 in 7 rota pattern.
