Restructuring Lawyers

An elite US law firm is seeking a Restructuring Lawyer with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Restructuring practice in London. The team is highly ranked by both Chambers and Partners and the Legal. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-profile, complex matters, working closely with market-leading Lawyers.

The new hire will be involved in a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including providing advice to stakeholders in both formal and informal restructurings and refinancings, with a specific emphasis on high-value, complex cross-border matters across the entire spectrum of stressed and distressed situations. This includes everything from insolvent liquidations to consensual restructurings and new financial opportunities. There will also be opportunities to engage in contentious matters.
