What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and anticipate their needs.
• Remember regulars’ preferences, recommend dishes or drinks, and engage in genuine conversation.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Maintain clean, well‑set tables; handle special requests and dietary requirements with care.
• Quickly and gracefully resolve any guest concerns, turning challenges into positive experiences.
