Job Description

We are currently looking for a Host to join our team at Holborn Dining Room in Rosewood London. Our Hosts are responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by creating a lasting first impression. The role involves a 40-hour workweek spread over 5 days.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting guests with requests before, during, and after their visit.
• Having thorough knowledge of all restaurant products.
• Communicating effectively and prioritising tasks in a sophisticated environment while managing the table plan and availability.
• Engaging with guests to gather feedback and respond to comments.

Candidate profile:

• Ability to work well in a team and build relationships.
• Passion for guest service and ownership of the guest experience.
• Organised and proactive in task management.
• Engaging presence.
