Charles Hunter Associates are the UK’s leading Social Care and Social Work recruitment agency. Due to our success in the first half of 2024, we have some ambitious growth plans and we are looking for Junior Recruitment Consultants!
Recruitment requires no experience but you must have a big personality, resilience to deal with rejection and being let down, emotional intelligence to read people, and determination to win and succeed that doesn’t stop.
We have a Resourcer opportunity available on our Development pathway where you will spend 6 months as a Resourcer before transitioning into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant.
As a Resourcer, you will be offered the following:

There is no relevant work experience required; however, to be a Resourcer you will need the following soft skills:
