Job Title: Residential Support Worker

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be providing advice, assistance, and support to vulnerable individuals. Your responsibilities include responding to and attending to individuals\’ practical, physical, and emotional needs to ensure their best interests are met, enabling them to achieve their full potential. Your daily duties will involve delivering high-quality, individualised care and support tailored to each person\’s needs on a 1:1 basis. Additionally, you will assist individuals with their personal care.

Requirements:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are advantageous
3. Excellent understanding and knowledge of CQC standards
4. Enhanced DBS check, dated within the last 12 months. If you are on the update service, you could be fast-tracked through our recruitment process.
5. Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check if you do not currently hold one.
