We are looking for a Portfolio Director with drive, skill, and experience, particularly in the areas of operational management and client relationship management. The role will have three principal requirements:
- To work alongside and support the Head of Service Charge, Operations & Management in the day to day operational delivery on an active portfolio.
- To provide additional support and guidance to the Property Management and Estate Management Teams.
- Managing and developing the client relationship to protect and grow our existing management mandate and to also secure new management mandates in the adjacent areas / jurisdictions into which they are investing.

Team Overview: You will be joining a senior Residential Management leadership team of six people. At this level of seniority, there is a requirement to work closely with other senior colleagues and to contribute to the overall success of the department, the Property Management Division, and the wider Savills business. They will have a strong commercial focus and will be able to demonstrate success in driving fee income and operating profit. Cooperating with and providing support to peers is essential. A key relationship will be with the Head of Service Charge, who will provide support to this role.
