Competitive hourly Rate – Get paid for every hour that you work.

Weekly pay – You get paid every Friday.

Office hours – Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am to 7pm, 40 hours per week.

Work alongside a dedicated Reservations & Sales office team.

Package: Hourly from Β£13.00 per hour (including holiday), depending on experience.

What’s involved?

  • As Reservations Agent your duties will include handling any incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
  • Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations and special requests whilst navigating the system to manage the bookings and maintain accurate guest information.

Requirement?

  • Prior experience as a Reservations Administrator, Coordinator or Agent.
  • Hospitality background essential.
  • Proven experience of using Salesforce would be advantageous or at least knowledge of Opera but some training can be provided.
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work shifts.
