Reservations Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate to engage with customers via social networks, discussing their current needs and reserving space on ships based in the UK, Ireland, and beyond.

Criteria:

1. Excellent telephone manner
2. Able to multi-task
3. Must be computer literate
4. Able to work closely within a team environment
5. Outbound telesales experience
6. Experience within the transport/haulage industry is desirable

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, various shifts, 8 hours each day.
