Position
They are looking for a Research Lead to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in London, with some UK travel expected.
Key Duties
- Assess and determine which research projects to carry out, utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Apply research findings to improve the output and delivery of the program.
- Analyze data trends, create impact reports, and support evidence-based improvements to placement delivery.
- Engage stakeholders, share insights, and lead innovation projects to expand and strengthen implementation.
Skills & Experience
- Well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience working within the social research sector, ideally with vulnerable groups and young people.
- Agency and client-side research experience preferred, with a mix of both considered.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality research programs and identifying research needs to inform business decisions.
- Deep commitment to evidence-based practice and applying research to improve frontline service delivery.
