Join Our Team as a Research & Insights Manager!

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? We\’re looking for a dynamic Research & Insights Manager to support colleagues across the Adecco Group!

This is a fully remote role, with occasional travel to London and/or client sites.

About the Role

At Adecco, insight is the foundation for smarter decisions and stronger partnerships. As our Research & Insights Manager, you\’ll develop market intelligence and thought leadership that positions Adecco as a trusted expert in workforce solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on labour markets, competitors, and recruitment trends.
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create insightful reports.
  • Develop data-driven content like white papers, blogs, and client reports.
  • Support marketing and sales with tailored insights and collateral.
  • Present findings at client and industry meetings.

About you

  • Proven experience in research, insights, or content marketing (recruitment/staffing industry preferred).
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
