Role Overview:

Our client, a leading international removals company, is seeking a Removals Sales Surveyor to join their team. As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will engage with potential customers, assess their relocation needs, and provide accurate quotations to convert inquiries into successful business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle new inquiries from the web portal and phone, discussing customers’ requirements.
2. Survey either face to face or virtually and prepare precise proposals for moves.
3. Request competitive rates and deliver tailored quotations to customers.
4. Follow up with customers to maximize conversion rates and secure new business.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Removals Sales Surveyor.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate quotes.
4. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close sales.
