Our Remote Travel Consultants play a key role in our travel team by building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and building relationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele. To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for travel and a desire to inspire others to realize their travel dreams. Responsibilities Assist in writing emails to clients Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations Coordinate with suppliers to arrange curated travel experiences Create and maintain client travel documents and invoices Complete travel bookings for clients, including flights, hotels, cars, and ground transportation at the lowest fares Utilize preferred vendors to minimize costs Support team functions such as ticketing, itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and travel credits Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus Relevant travel industry experience and knowledge A passion for travel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines Multilingual skills are highly regarded Requirements A dedicated home workspace Computer and smartphone High-speed internet with minimal distractions #J-18808-Ljbffr
