- Location: Based at our office in St Albans, Hertfordshire
- Region & responsibility: Directing the Sales & Marketing activity across retirement housing sites in the Eastern region including the Home Counties, Suffolk & Norfolk
- Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
About the role
Due to ongoing business success and continued growth, Churchill Retirement Living is now recruiting for a Regional Sales and Marketing Director for their Eastern region.
As the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, you will shape, implement and deliver the sales and marketing strategy across the Eastern region. You will lead, support and inspire sales and marketing colleagues in your regional team in order to achieve and exceed forecasted sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving high performance through effective leadership and motivation.
- Meeting regularly with your Area Sales Managers to review and analyse performance, plan upcoming launches, monitor KPIs, celebrate successes and suggest ways of improvement to deliver sales in the region.
- Being a mentor to your Area Sales Managers and developing their management skills to have a high performing sales team.
- Visiting sites regularly to ensure you establish strong working relationships with the Sales Executives that are based on site.
- People management and planning including talent development, performance management and recruitment.
- Agree, monitor and deliver the budgeted sales for the region.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will have the benefit of joining an established region with a fantastic team of people, who are passionate, motivated, and driven to succeed.
Hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am – 5.00pm on Friday.
About you
We are looking for an inspirational Sales & Marketing Director, with previous experience in the New Homes, Construction or Property sectors.
You may be an established Sales Director looking for a new challenge, or a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Manager who is ready for the next stage in their career. Either way, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a successful and ambitious company.
