Regional Sales Manager – North London/Home Counties, London
Our client is a US-headquartered multinational medical device business with a market-leading presence across multiple healthcare disciplines. The business is constantly innovating, developing new technologies, and enhancing the patient experience.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for revenue and team management in North London, Oxfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line management to staff, including HR activities, coaching, and development for all direct and indirect reports.
- Be accountable for sales revenue results within the client’s portfolios.
- Coordinate with team and support staff to implement strategies that increase market share and revenue.
- Communicate effectively about the benefits of the client’s products and develop a deep understanding of the market, including competitors.
Candidate profile:
- A degree in life sciences or equivalent.
- Significant experience in medical device sales, preferably in a sales leadership role.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker, problem solver, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ethical character.
