Our client is currently hiring for a remote Regional Sales Executive based in London. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a background in eDiscovery, Legal Tech, or SaaS sales to drive business growth within law firms and corporate legal departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for promoting eDiscovery, Managed Review, and Case Builder platforms to attract new business and increase revenue from existing clients within the Big Law segment through direct and team sales efforts in the region.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients to drive significant revenue growth over multiple years.
- Offer comprehensive solutions to clients to boost revenue, client acquisition, and profitability, including leveraging client referrals and building a local network to drive organic growth.
- Evaluate market potential, monitor sales activities, and provide status reports addressing client needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for cross-functional product sales.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and market trends in the assigned territory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Several years of experience in a complex sales environment involving multiple stakeholders to close deals.
- Proven success in Legal Tech and/or SaaS sales targeting Am Law 200, Global 200, and large regional law firms.
- Track record of exceeding annual quotas exceeding $1M.
- Recognized as a top performer in previous sales roles.
- Proficient in sales basics such as prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline management.
- Strong belief in data-driven approaches to business development.
- Experience in collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate and nurture leads.
- Deep knowledge of legal industry practices, tech, competition, and market trends preferred.
- Strong dedication to understanding the unique value proposition and commitment to transforming client workflows.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally to exceed client expectations and secure necessary resources.
- Ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high-quality work.
- Excellent communication, organization, and self-motivation skills.
