The Regional Sales Director will report to the VP Sales in our FP&A Business Unit. You will be an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in operational reporting and data analytics with exposure to the SAP domain. The Sales Director leads a team of six sellers (Account Executives & Account Managers) who sell our best-in-class Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution (Angles for SAP) to new and existing clients across EMEA. To exceed team quotas, drive regional growth, and achieve high levels of client satisfaction, the Regional Sales Director will develop appropriate strategies, provide inspirational sales leadership, and collaborate effectively with our solution engineering, marketing, and customer success groups.

Daily responsibilities include leading the regional territory plan, guiding the team in account development and pipeline generation activities, utilizing MEDDIC, and ensuring high professional standards and the effective execution of each phase of the complex sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Accomplished B2B sales leader who has consistently led teams to exceed quota selling Analytics/ERP solutions (SAP)
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem
  • In-depth knowledge of analytics
  • KPI focused, engaging presence, authentic, and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance, and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience managing sales teams and an existing book of customers, alongside new business generation.
