Opus is looking to grow again due to an incredibly busy first quarter with no signs of slowing down. We are seeking to add someone to our Delivery Perm team.
We are hiring an experienced Technology Recruiter to join us. If you are an experienced 180 Recruiter or perhaps you prefer not to focus on business development but love engaging with candidates, then this could be the role for you! We have multiple vacancies that we need your help with, working across all verticals in the technology market.
- Source candidates and build relationships.
- Collaborate with 360 Consultants to help fill job requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and map your market.
- Find the best talent through networking and headhunting.
- Create job adverts.
- Negotiate with candidates, promote the role, and close on the opportunity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of technology recruitment experience.
- Good understanding of all tech verticals.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Structured training program: included in our Senior Development/Future Leaders program.
- Fast career progression: 90% of our Consultants become Principals/Managers within 3 years!
