Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive pipelining and talent pooling utilising advanced sourcing techniques and tools
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
- Data recording and talent insights analysis and reporting by utilising various platforms and most effective sources to inform recruitment strategies and enhance decision making
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Working effectively with your stakeholders, building trust and credibility with your client
About You:
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand requisition requirements
- Demonstrably able to directly source and headhunt talent within the Pharmaceutical industry (preferable)
- We are looking to engage with candidates who are well versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey
- Driven by data and market insights
- Play an active part in best practice, operational excellence, and continuous improvement for Hudson RPO and your customers
