Our privately owned client is looking for a recruitment partner to support their growth plans.

Your new role

As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in our clients’ HR department. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement successful recruiting strategies, with a strong emphasis on internal hiring. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, identify job requirements, and ensure we attract the most qualified candidates who align with our long-term objectives and company culture.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  2. Qualification Criteria: Determine qualification criteria for candidates based on job requirements.
  3. Recruitment Strategies: Develop effective recruitment strategies, focusing on internal talent.
  4. Sourcing Techniques: Utilise both online and offline sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  5. Interview and Evaluation: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit.
  6. Employee Development: Advocate for employee growth and professional development.

Qualifications

  1. Recruitment Experience: In-depth experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
  2. Internal Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with internal recruitment practices.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align recruitment efforts with long-term company objectives.
  4. Cultural Fit Assessment: Assess candidates’ fit within our company culture.
