Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting one of our Sheffield clients in their search for a Recruitment Partner for their growing business. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle supporting all hires for the business.
The business offers hybrid working (3 days onsite) and excellent benefits. The role involves some travel, approximately 1 day per week.
As this is a new role, it offers an opportunity to own the recruitment and talent activity, and to support best practices and processes in areas such as:
- Representing the business professionally and positively
- Supporting the employer branding proposition
- Assisting line managers with their hiring processes
- Creating, posting, and managing job adverts
- Managing job boards and internal communications regarding roles
- Liaising with agencies when necessary
- Sourcing candidates through online channels
- Screening candidates via initial interviews and recommending suitable candidates to managers
- Facilitating the full recruitment process from advert to offer and onboarding
- Managing timeframes and advising managers on expectations, highlighting sourcing issues
- Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the process
- Supporting job fairs and external attraction events
- Completing initial compliance checks
To succeed in this role, the following attributes are essential:
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Experience using job boards
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
