The role

Award-winning Recruitment agency PE Global is currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Non-Clinical NHS/Public Sector Team based in London.

Duties of the role include:

• Dealing with contract opportunities across Non-Clinical NHS and Public Sector bodies
• Sourcing candidates using various methods such as job portals, internal database, and social media platforms
• Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
• Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Participating in various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling candidate interviews, completing reference checks, organizing pre-employment medicals, and onboarding candidates
• Account management of large-scale clients
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in the PE Global internal database
• Maintaining excellent levels of customer service with both internal managers and external candidates

The successful candidate should have experience in the following:

• At least 1-2 years of recruitment, sales, or customer service experience
• Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and online resources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and CV Library
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence on the phone when talking with decision-makers and the ability to influence effectively
• A positive, sociable attitude and a strong work ethic
