About the Position
We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to help us optimise our global recruiting processes, support our systems and manage key projects. Based in London, you'll provide crucial support for our European and Asian offices while also working closely with our New York team. Your project management skills and technical aptitude will help us maintain our high standards for hiring exceptional talent.
Additional responsibilities of the role will include:
- Systems and support: Mastering our recruiting tech stack; troubleshooting issues; providing timezone-specific coverage for global offices.
- Process management: Documenting workflows; identifying inefficiencies; implementing solutions to reduce operational friction.
