We now have an exciting opportunity for a talented team leader to join our Subrogated Recovery Department in a pre-litigated team. Over the last two years this Department has grown from one team to the current four teams with further growth forecast. Have you got experience of managing a team in a high volume, process driven environment and are looking for a new challenge? Or have you experience of recoveries and are looking for a first management role? If so this is the ideal time to join our team working in a fast paced, high volume Business Unit whose aims and goals are:

The Team Leader needs to focus on delivering results in line with agreed KPI’s and service standards, whilst creating a positive and friendly working environment, motivating all team members to give their best.
This is a key role within the department and the successful candidate will have a real opportunity to influence our future direction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
In conjunction with the BUD and others develop operational processes to:
- Reduce touch time improving efficiency and profitability
- Report to senior management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis on the Recovery Team performance.
Managing the performance of the team in line with SLA’s and KPI’s on both a team and individual basis ensuring that standard operating processes are followed and ‘operational process creep’ does not occur.
Responsible for ensuring that the quality of work within the team is maintained, conducting audits and providing coaching and feedback.
Ensure through a combination of formal training and coaching and support that employees are competent in role.
Proactively managing people fairly and consistently in line with Keoghs policies including Capability and Attendance management.
Providing an environment where team members feel motivated through maximising personal development of employees and promoting team working.

- Good knowledge of the technical aspects of pursuing subrogated recoveries.
