Private Members Club – Westminster – up to £30,000 Key Responsibilities: Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage all front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Opera. Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and courteously. Provide information about the club’s facilities, services, and events. Handle member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure members’ needs are met. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role. Proficiency in using Opera PMS is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury service standards is preferred. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
