Receptionist required for Private Equity firm in the West End!
Duties will include:
- Answering calls
- Managing meeting room calendars
- Ordering couriers and cabs
- Ordering stationery
- Handling post
- Meeting and greeting clients and guests
- Assisting with operations tasks and supporting on projects
- Assisting Accounts with invoicing
- Providing admin support to the Associates
- Processing expenses
- Making travel arrangements
Hours: 8-5pm Monday-Friday.
The ideal candidate will have reception experience within a professional services environment. You will be hard working, very well-presented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
