We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

The Role

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard in order to deliver exceptional customer service to Guests.

  1. Advising your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel
  2. Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of receptionists with an emphasis on training and teamwork
  3. Maximize sales revenues through up-selling
  4. Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely

The Person

As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for a Shift Leader to have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you’ll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
