About the firm
Weโre delighted to partner with this international UK Top 50 firm to recruit a Lawyer to work within their alternative legal services delivery group, which brings together a multidisciplinary team, process design and innovative legal technology. The team has over 100 lawyers, paralegals, management information specialists and legal project managers who provide a wide range of services and solutions to clients, supporting high volume workstreams, end-to-end managed services, and bespoke projects.
About the role
Our client seeks an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to manage key workstreams for banking clients, supervise a small team of paralegals, and collaborate with partners and project managers to develop new services. You will engage in bespoke projects and advocate for innovation within legal processes, providing leadership in legal technology and project management.
You will work with a dedicated Real Estate team on intersecting projects, champion innovation and service excellence, and contribute to optimizing legal processes. The role offers opportunities for career growth, skill development, and gaining experience in project and people management, as well as emerging legal technologies.
About you
You are a qualified Lawyer with recent UK experience in Real Estate Finance or Banking in private practice, capable of leading established workstreams. You have management and mentoring experience and are comfortable working with project managers and legal technologists. You are client-focused, analytical, communicative, strategic, resilient, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards.
You aim to develop your skills further, support team development, and have enthusiasm for business development to generate new opportunities. The role requires working from Bristol or Plymouth offices at least two days a week, with flexible remote options.
