Job Description:
The core role will be working as a Rail Replacement Coordinator across GTR network, during times of disruption and pre-planned work. There is also a requirement to assist our special events teams.
Key Responsibilities
We expect you to be customer-focused in everything you do, ensuring a fantastic experience for people traveling with us. Even when things may not be running smoothly, you need to ensure customers are kept informed throughout their journey. Some duties may be of a safety-critical nature and will require a safety-critical medical. You will be trained to carry out all aspects of the role, including managing different situations during times of disruption, ensuring buses and trains run on time, making announcements, carrying out appropriate safety duties, and assisting with customer service and revenue. You will receive classroom and depot-based training to ensure you have all the knowledge and skills you need for smooth and safe operations.

Transport UK London Bus operates bus services across London on behalf of TFL, plus rail replacement and event services across the UK.
